How to Request a Full Refund When Amazon Delivers the Wrong Item

We are truly sorry that you received the wrong product instead of the ordered Herbpy supplement.
Important Note: Supplement products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. You are entitled to a full refund without needing to send the item back.
Below is a simple step-by-step guide to request your full refund quickly:
Method 1: Request Refund via Amazon Website or App

Select the reason: → “I received the wrong item”

Upload clear photos as proof (highly recommended):

Under “Return or replace”, choose “Refund” (do not select replacement, as supplements cannot be returned).
